Continuous, personalised guidance

A team dedicated to your salon

We provide ongoing help and support for your salons.You benefit from regular visits from a trainer/coordinator and a regional manager.

At peak moments of your salon business, especially before and during salon openings, their presence will be reinforced to provide further assistance.

Guidance in your professional practices

During each visit, the trainer/coordinator will analyse your salon’s numbers and advise you on action plans to help improve your salon’s performance.

Training

Mary Cohr believes that good treatments require good Beauty Therapists. That’s why training is one of our priorities.

Initial training

All our Mary Cohr Beauty Therapists undergo a free 4-day training session at the Mary Cohr headquarters in order to learn and practise all our treatment protocols and become ‘Beauty Doctors’.

Continuous year-round training

Other ‘expert’ meetings are held twice a year on a regional scale to present new treatments and products and consolidate our Mary Cohr Beauty Therapists’ existing knowledge.

A regional training instructor is also dedicated to the development of the salon to provide detailed training on treatment methods.
Much more than a beauty advisor, a Mary Cohr Beauty Therapist must successfully run a salon business.
To become a true businesswoman, she is regularly invited to training sessions in salon management.

Guinot-Mary Cohr Academy: your recruitment solution

Mary Cohr opened its training academy in September 2012.
The academy offers nationally recognised diploma programmes to more than 300 students every year. The programmes range from CAP vocational secondary school diploma] to Bac +3 (3 years of undergraduate study) and include BP, Bac Pro and BTS (various vocational secondary school and undergraduate diplomas).
The academy trains Beauty Therapists in our techniques, thereby providing a solution to recruitment issues.

Training Beauty Therapists

We provide training opportunities to our Beauty Therapists throughout the year:

An initial one-week training session focusing on Mary Cohr treatment theory and practice as well as treatment products.
Continuous training offered in beauty salons via the e-Training application, an application that is 100% dedicated to helping our Beauty Therapists improve their techniques and knowledge on site.
Year-round regional training sessions on new treatments and products.
Guidance from your trainer/coordinator, à la carte and on site, to improve their knowledge and command of treatments and products.
