• Camelina Oil (rich in Omega 3 and 6) : Nourishes and softens the skin.
For body: apply to the body in light effleurage strokes, focusing on the driest areas (legs, elbows, knees, heels).
For hair: detangle hair then using the fingertips, apply to the ends and tips of dry or damp hair, section by section. Apply generously and massage to ensure absorption.
